What You Bring
- Set and execute company strategy across the Canada and Middle East operations.
- Own commercial growth targets and the health of key enterprise client relationships.
- Guide the direction of the Digital Faciliter platform and FoxEye product lines with the leadership team.
- Represent SAM Controls with clients, partners, and stakeholders at the executive level.
- Build and lead a senior team across sales, product, engineering, and delivery.
- Ensure delivery quality and accountability on complex,
multi-site security deployments.
Requirements
- Senior executive experience leading a technology or security solutions business.
- A track record of scaling enterprise B2B operations across multiple regions.
- Strong commercial judgment and experience owning revenue and growth targets.
- Experience in security, facility management, IoT, or enterprise software is a robust asset.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
