What You Bring To The Table

- Bilingual proficiency in English and French, both verbal and written
- Proven experience working with Product Owners to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
- Strong ability to create and manage user stories with explicit, testable acceptance criteria
- Experience in comparing systems, documenting processes, and writing SOPs and training guides
- Excellent communication and articulation skills to liaise effectively with diverse teams
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, MIRO, etc.




- Ability to define testing scenarios, including edge cases and non-functional aspects
- Track record of defect management and working towards continuous improvement
- Pharmacy domain knowledge (preferred)
- Understanding of basic agile practices like User Stories, Backlog, Scrum, and Acceptance Criteria
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Gradle, Git
- Knowledge of IT risk management principles
- Manual testing experience

Preferred Education & Experience:

- A bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
