The Marc and Mandy Show is seeking a highly organized individual with great customer service skills to fill a position. Candidates must be self motivated, team players with a passion for home decor, renovations, and fashion. 2 years of administrative experience preferred.

- Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with clients and co-workers, exceeding the client's expectations.

- Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.

- Strong written and verbal communication

- Ability to deal with escalated client issues professionally

- Superior time management and multi-tasking skills

- Ability to self-manage workload volumes and changing priorities in a team setting

- Results oriented with emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail

- Interest in home decor, renovation, fashion and cooking

- Ability to keep a detailed schedule and organize appointments
