Oversee day-to-day production operations while leading the implementation of a new manufacturing line

Manage production planning, demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory,



and procurement

Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth operations

Drive continuous improvement, optimize manufacturing processes, and increase production efficiency

Lead production staff while maintaining quality, regulatory compliance, and on‑time delivery

Develop scalable manufacturing processes to support future growth What we're looking for

10+ years of production or manufacturing leadership experience in a regulated environment

Experience overseeing production planning, forecasting, supply chain, and manufacturing operations

Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, FDA, and Health Canada regulations

Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive operational improvements

Experience with ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)

Experience launching new production lines or scaling manufacturing operations is highly preferred
