Sprout Therapy / Bar Jus is a growing Halifax-based food and beverage company specializing in fresh juice manufacturing and beverage distribution across Atlantic Canada.

We are hiring a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily operations, supervise staff, maintain standards, and keep production moving efficiently.

Ideal for a Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, warehouse lead, or shift supervisor looking to move from nights/weekends into a reliable daytime leadership role.

Responsibilities

- Lead daily production and packaging operations
- Supervise and motivate team members
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
- Organize workflow and hit output targets
- Reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Coordinate with ownership on scheduling and priorities
- Step in hands-on wherever needed

Experience




- Supervisory or team leadership experience required
