Position: Production Support Analyst (Unix | Geneos | Control-M | SQL)

Location: Onsite- 4days/week (Toronto)

We are looking for a Production Support Analyst with strong experience in Unix/Linux, Geneos Monitoring, Control-M, SQL, and Capital Markets . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting Front Office, Trading, Middle Office, or Quantitative applications , managing production incidents, batch monitoring, and ensuring high availability of critical trading platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 production support for Capital Markets applications, ensuring high availability and operational stability.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production environments using Geneos (or equivalent monitoring tools) , Control-M, and Unix/Linux.
- Analyze and resolve production incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and support problem management activities.
- Monitor batch jobs , troubleshoot failures, and ensure timely recovery using Control-M .
- Perform SQL queries, data analysis,



and troubleshooting to investigate application and production issues.
- Support Front Office, Trading Desk, Middle Office, and Quantitative applications while collaborating with business users and technical teams.
- Participate in incident, change, release, and problem management activities while meeting SLA commitments.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth production releases and operational excellence.
