As production demand continues to grow, the company is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to support daily plant operations, team performance, and manufacturing efficiency.
Role Summary Farm Girl is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and consistently while maintaining strong quality and operational standards across the plant floor.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, mechanically inclined, and comfortable leading teams in an active manufacturing setting. This is a visible floor leadership role requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and operational decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities to ensure manufacturing targets and schedules are achieved
Lead and support production staff across the plant floor while maintaining a safe and productive environment
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures throughout all stages of production
Troubleshoot equipment issues and support basic mechanical maintenance when required
Coordinate material flow and warehouse activities related to raw materials and finished goods
Support forklift and material handling operations as needed
Conduct regular safety inspections, meetings,
and compliance checks
Train and onboard new employees on production processes, equipment operation, and safety standards
Monitor production performance metrics and identify opportunities for operational improvementPartner with leadership and operations teams to improve workflow, efficiency, and plant performance
Qualifications & Experience
Experience supervising teams within a manufacturing or production environment
Strong understanding of assembly line operations and manufacturing workflows
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand tools and power tools confidently
Experience operating forklifts and supporting warehouse logistics activities
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to troubleshoot operational and mechanical issues in a quick-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience within food manufacturing or high-throughput production environments
Strong understanding of workplace safety standards and quality control processes
Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational efficiency
