About Us

We are a window and door manufacturer located in London. We're currently looking for a Production Worker to join our production team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble and/or fit together parts to create complete units

- Package finished goods according to company standards

- Use hand tools, drills, and other basic equipment safely and effectively

- Follow product specifications and Quality Control (QC) procedures

- Ensure the quality of finished goods before packaging

- Report any defects or production issues to the Lead Hand or Supervisor

- Perform various production tasks while complying with company quality systems

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as required

- Commit to continuous improvement in both quality and efficiency

- Support team goals while being able to work independently





Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing workplace

- Experience using hand tools and drills (required)

- Experience in the window and door industry is an asset

Skills & Abilities

- Strong hand-eye coordination

- Detail-oriented, reliable, and quick to learn

- Able to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written)

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking

- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
