We are seeking a dedicated House Cleaner to join our team, providing exceptional residential cleaning services to our valued clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Experience in cleaning, laundry, and hospitality will be advantageous. Strong communication skills and excellent time management are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare and organize cleaning supplies and equipment for each job
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions
- Follow safety protocols and ensure the proper use of cleaning products and equipment
- Assist with light cooking or meal preparation if required by clients
- Organize and prioritize daily work schedules to maximize productivity
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques, laundry processes, and household organization is advantageous
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
- Ability to demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
- Experience in customer service or hospitality roles will be beneficial for ensuring client satisfaction
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
