We're Hiring | Program Director (Data & Analytics) – French

Location: Montreal or Quebec City (Levis), QC

Type: Contract We are looking for an experienced Program Director (Data & Analytics) to lead a high-impact enterprise data transformation program. This role is ideal for a senior leader with extensive experience managing complex, multi-project portfolios in highly regulated environments. Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead and align multiple Data & Analytics projects under a unified strategic roadmap

✔ Oversee program governance, budgets, risks, dependencies, and business value realization

✔ Mentor Project Managers and ensure consistent execution across workstreams

✔ Present program updates to executive leadership and steering committees

✔ Drive organizational change across Business, IT, Data, Risk, Compliance, Security, and Operations

✔ Champion enterprise data governance and strategic data initiatives Required Experience:

✅ 15+ years of Program/Portfolio Management experience

✅ Robust leadership in enterprise-scale transformation programs

✅ Experience in Data & Analytics, Data Governance,



and MDM initiatives

✅ Background in regulated industries (Financial Services preferred)

✅ Executive stakeholder management and governance expertise

✅ Fluent Business French (Mandatory)

✅ PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred

✅ bachelor's degree required; MBA or master's is an asset Technical Skills:

? Portfolio & Program Management

? Data Governance, MDM & Unified Customer View

? Agile, Hybrid & Waterfall methodologies

? PMO Governance & Budget Management

? Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI
