Job Title: Program Director (Data & Analytics) – French

Location: Montreal or Quebec City (Lévis), Quebec. (Onsite)

Duration: Initial contract through December 2026 with a strong possibility of extension through December 2027

Pay- $100-$118/hr

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in project and program management, including significant leadership experience managing enterprise programs or portfolios.
- Extensive experience leading complex Data & Analytics transformation initiatives.
- Strong background working within highly regulated organizations such as financial services, banking, insurance, or public sector environments.
- Demonstrated executive leadership with experience presenting to senior executives and steering committees.
- Fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is considered an asset.
- Qualified certification such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of the Desjardins ecosystem or cooperative financial sector is an asset.
