Product & Platform Management Technical Product Management Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains. This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.

Signavio Program

Manager! Alternate locations and Remote work may be considered for the right candidate. Are you ready to be part of a multi-year global business transformation initiative that will transform and standardize our core business processes and products across Plan, Source, Make, Quality, Deliver, and Data, and enable our integrated data strategy through a single SAP S/4 HANA instance?

Lead end-to-end deployment of Signavio (configuration, integrations, testing, cutover,



and post-go-live support). Own the production stability and day-to-day support model (incident management, triage, root cause analysis, and SLA tracking). Develop and deliver training, adoption programs, playbooks, knowledge base articles, and user enablement materials.

Manage the vendor relationship with Signavio (or program vendor), including escalation, roadmap alignment, licensing, and periodic reviews. Drive continuous improvement by collecting user feedback, prioritizing enhancements, and coordinating release management. Supervise and coach direct reports and contractors supporting deployments, integrations, and application support.

Minimum of High School or equivalent diploma/degree is required; Bachelor’s / University or equivalent degree strongly preferred ~ Experience and skills: Required: 8 years of relevant work experience including 5 years experience leading SaaS deployment/support programs, preferably in Business Process Mapping (BPM)/process management tools ~ Demonstrable experience with Signavio or similar process management platforms (process modeling/BPM tools) ~ Solid technical understanding of integrations (APIs, webhooks), identity and access controls, and enterprise application architecture ~ Experience with IT service management and support practices (incident/change/problem management, SLAs)
