This position is within the Medical Affairs Health Shared Servies team, reporting to the Senior Advisor, Shared Systems, this role is part of an established, high performing team within the Medical Affairs portfolio. The position supports the planning, coordination, design, and implementation of system-based solutions, including electronic platforms such as ServiceNow, as well as in-house database applications, and numerous automation initiatives related to the Medical Staff lifecycle. The role focuses on coordinating system enhancements and supporting solution design processes, working closely with developers and technical teams who are responsible for the build and configuration of systems.

The incumbent participates in requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and design discussions, ensuring business needs are clearly defined, documented, and translated into functional requirements for technical implementation. This position will support system-related work by coordinating activities such as gathering and documenting requirements, working with stakeholders, supporting testing, and helping with implementation and ongoing improvements. The successful candidate will work closely with both business and technical teams to make sure solutions meet operational needs and are practical, effective, and easy to use, with a focus on improving processes and maintaining good data quality.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong aptitude for systems coordination, analysis, and process improvement, with the ability to learn and work with various technologies and tools.

Required Qualifications: Proven experience supporting or coordinating projects involving system implementation, enhancement, or process improvement in a complex organizational environment.

Experience with AGILE development and UAT. Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., ServiceNow), database-driven applications, or similar platforms from a user, coordination, or support perspective. Understanding of system lifecycle concepts (e.g., requirements, design, testing, implementation)



without direct responsibility for technical development.

Ability to work effectively with technical teams and developers, ensuring requirements are clearly communicated and solutions meet business needs. Systems-thinking approach to process improvement and problem solving.

Additional Required Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently, including project coordination and system-related initiatives.

Experience in requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and documentation, with the ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements. Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive project and system documentation, including requirements, process maps, and status reports. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify issues, and support solution recommendations.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate and monitor project scope, timelines, tasks, and deliverables. Creative, flexible, and well-organized, with strong attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently within a large organization with diverse stakeholder groups.

Effective communication skills, including the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience supporting change management and system adoption initiatives. Ability to prioritize and manage work in a rapid-paced environment with shifting priorities and competing demands. Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound judgment.
