Project Controls Implementation Implement and maintain project controls processes, systems, and procedures in compliance with corporate standards
Ensure alignment with project scope, contractual requirements, milestones, and priorities
Develop and maintain project controls plans, procedures, and governance processes
Partner with Finance and project teams to establish and manage the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), cost coding, and reporting structure
Monitor project performance against approved baselines, analyze variances and trends, and recommend corrective actions
Track expenditures, commitments, staffing costs, and accruals across Capital, Expense, and OPEX accounts
Administer and oversee the project change management process, including impact assessment and communication
Contractor Management & Oversight Serve as the project controls interface with EPC contractors, ensuring compliance with project objectives and contractual requirements
Review and validate contractor estimates, schedules,
forecasts, progress reports, and change requests
Monitor contractor performance, identify risks and issues, and support development of recovery and mitigation plans
Review bid evaluations, contract awards, and proposed contract changes
Prepare and present monthly project controls reports covering cost, schedule, progress, forecasts, and key risks
Communicate project performance and forecasts to leadership, affiliates, and project stakeholders
Support project funding decisions, stage-gate reviews, and project closeout activities
Capital Efficiency & Risk Management Identify opportunities to improve capital efficiency and project value
Assess project risks and opportunities, developing strategies to minimize cost and schedule impacts
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management from a recognized university
Minimum 5-10 years of overall capital Project Management experience
Good command of English both written and spoken
Strong MS Excel and presentation skills.
Willingness and flexibility to travel as per business needs
Direct project controls experience focused on cost control, estimating, planning, and schedule control
Experience in working on large-scale earthworks projects in Brownfield oil and gas environment
Experience in working on large Upstream projects and in Brownfield oil and gaws envirionment
Experience using analytical tools such as EcoSys, Power BI, and Power Query or equivalent
Ability to multitask and respond quickly to urgent analysis requests
Experience working in client role on oil and gas projects
