As a Project Manager II, you will play a vital role in supporting the transformation of our health platforms while driving data integration and mapping initiatives that enhance system connectivity and user experiences. Reporting to the Manager – Program Office, you'll work closely with Senior Program Managers, Sr Project Managers, and technical data teams to execute strategic initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes. WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Support impactful healthcare technology initiatives through focused project execution and data integration expertise. Data mapping & integration
- Support and coordinate data mapping initiatives that align business requirements with technical implementations. Work with technical teams to translate data requirements into clear mapping specifications and documentation. Track data mapping progress and ensure accuracy and completeness of mapping deliverables. Help identify data transformation needs and coordinate solutions across platforms.
- Document and communicate data flow requirements to stakeholders and development teams. Project support & execution
- Support Senior Program Managers and Sr Project Managers in executing programs that enhance our billing platforms.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure smooth project delivery.




- Help develop project plans and deliverables that align with business objectives.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve customer and user experience across our platforms.

Project management & delivery

- Manage assigned projects and project components while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned initiatives.
- Identify potential risks and escalate appropriately to ensure project success.
- Apply project management best practices and learn advanced methodologies to grow your expertise. Support budget tracking and keep projects within allocated resources.

Coordination & communication

- Build positive working relationships with cross-functional team members, including data engineers and business analysts.
- Communicate project updates, data requirements, and technical specifications to various stakeholders. Support effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. Coordinate meetings, documentation, and project communications.

WHAT YOU BRING

- Project management foundation: 2–4 years managing projects or supporting project teams.
- Data mapping expertise: demonstrated experience with data mapping,



data integration, or ETL processes.
- Technical understanding: solid grasp of data concepts, data flow, and system integration principles.
- Organizational skills: manages multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail.
- Stakeholder coordination: works effectively with diverse technical and business teams.
- Communication skills: solid verbal and written ability, eager to develop advanced presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset: interprets data requirements and translates them into actionable solutions.
- Adaptability: comfortable in dynamic environments, willing to learn new tools and data platforms.
- Problem-solving: practical approach to identifying data integration issues and resolving them with the team.
- Collaborative approach: team-oriented, supports others and contributes to group success.
- Educational background: Bachelor's in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Growth mindset: eager to develop advanced project management and data integration skills.

GREAT TO HAVE

- Healthcare industry exposure — healthcare technology, systems, billing platforms, or data standards. Advanced data skills — SQL, data warehousing, or database management.
- Project management training — coursework or entry-level certifications.
- Data validation knowledge — data quality assurance and validation processes.
- Platform experience — healthcare software platforms or EHR/EMR systems.
