Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented Project Manager/Foreman to lead construction projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in construction management, combined with strong leadership skills, will drive project success and client satisfaction.

Duties

- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely execution.
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities accurately.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to align project objectives and resolve issues swiftly.
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work progresses efficiently.
- Utilize construction estimating techniques to prepare accurate cost projections and resource allocations.
- Manage project documentation using software for seamless communication and record-keeping.
- Monitor project progress through regular site inspections,



and schedule updates; adjust plans as needed for optimal results.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction management or as a foreman with a solid understanding of heavy civil or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating methods and experience with construction management software.
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and site supervision best practices.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing teams on active job sites.
- Construction experience complemented by relevant certifications or training in project management or related fields is preferred.
