Company Description At Fp Digital and ZeroArc, we're a web development and cybersecurity practice that partners with enterprise organizations to strengthen their digital experiences and security posture. We're a team of 12 who take genuine ownership of client outcomes, combining hands-on technical delivery with strategic partnership. Our web development practice is established and growing, and we're actively expanding our cybersecurity services.

As a Cloudflare partner, we're well positioned to deliver integrated solutions across both disciplines, and the person in this role will help drive that growth.

The Role

We're looking for a Project Manager to own delivery across our client portfolio: enterprise web platforms, security programs, and everything in between. You'll run projects end-to-end, from discovery through launch, working alongside developers and security specialists to keep delivery on track. This is more than a scheduling role.

You'll own delivery outcomes, hold teams accountable, manage SLAs and timelines, and keep every engagement moving toward the finish line. If you like solving delivery problems, guiding high-performing teams, and being the person that clients trust to get it right, we'd like to talk with you.

What You Will Be Doing

Own project delivery across multiple initiatives, managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality

Run a portfolio of client engagements spanning web, digital, and security work

Serve as a key day-to-day delivery contact, keeping clients informed with clear, transparent communication

Represent the client's priorities internally, aligning development, design, and security teams on trade-offs and sequencing

Manage financial processes: estimates, SOWs, reconciliations, and profitability tracking





Identify process gaps, recommend fixes, and implement them

Anticipate client and team needs, and keep projects moving accordingly What You Bring Must Have

Five or more years of project management experience, ideally across web development, digital, or technology services A background at a digital marketing or web development agency A track record of managing multiple concurrent projects without losing sight of the details

Comfort owning budgets, timelines, and client relationships at the same time

Experience with project management platforms such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similar

Experience leading website migrations, redesigns, or large-scale digital transformations A proactive approach to resolving delivery challenges before they escalate

Clear, confident communication with clients, developers, and leadership An organized approach under deadline pressure

Worth noting, we are a bring-your-own-device company but extend a monthly allowance for internet and cell phone Nice to Have

Experience with staffing discussions and managing resource constraints A genuine interest in improving processes and strengthening delivery practices

Familiarity with AI-assisted project management tools and workflow automation

Some exposure to WordPress and digital security What We Offer Competitive salary of $80,000 to $85,000 CAD depending on experience, plus a bonus prospect
