This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout while building lasting relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Lead the successful delivery of construction projects from award through completion
- Develop project execution plans, budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies
- Manage project financial performance, including forecasting, billings, cost reporting, and change management
- Work closely with Site Superintendents to develop and maintain project schedules while proactively managing risks
- Coordinate tendering, trade procurement, contract administration, and subcontractor management
- Chair project meetings and maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders




- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all work is executed in accordance with health and safety requirements
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members while fostering a collaborative setting
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by consistently delivering exceptional project outcomes
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and overall project performance

About You The successful candidate will have the following:

- 8+ years of Project Management experience within the ICI construction industry
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
- Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders while delivering projects on schedule and within budget
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and cost control
- Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior staff
- Proficiency with MS Project and other construction management software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A stable career history with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects
