Job Title: Project Manager - Retail Transactions

Required Skills

- 5–10+ years of project management experience delivering technology projects.
- Hands-on experience with Retail, POS, Payment Systems, or Store Technology implementations.
- Solid understanding of retail transaction systems, payment processing, and system integrations.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of Retail Transact projects, including POS, payment systems, and store technology implementations.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors,



and third-party partners to ensure successful project execution.
- Oversee integrations between POS systems, payment gateways, omni-channel platforms, and other retail applications.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, security standards, and organizational governance policies.
- Lead project governance meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, and store rollout activities.
- Monitor project performance and ensure timely resolution of project challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and best practices.
