Position: Psychiatry Expert
Type: Contract Compensation: $130–$180/hour Location: Remote Duration: Ongoing, reviewed monthly Commitment: 20+ hours/week Role Responsibilities
- Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios from your Psychiatry practice, including diagnostic formulation, medication management, and risk assessment.
- Write "golden" reference responses at attending-level quality to ensure high standards.
- Grade AI-generated responses against structured rubrics to maintain consistency and accuracy.
- Provide written feedback to the research team to improve model behavior and outcomes.
- Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions to align with project goals.
Qualifications Must-Have
- Board certified attending physicians with a current, active, unrestricted medical license.
- Final-year resident physicians or recent graduates who are board-eligible.
- Fellows must be board-certified/board-eligible in primary specialty with a current active, unrestricted medical license.
Start Date
- Rolling, after onboarding sign-off.
