This permanent role reports directly to the Manager of Exam Quality and Analytics. You will apply advanced psychometric knowledge, leverage statistical analysis, and oversee exam preparation resources to ensure fair and valid evaluations for specialty physicians. Your expertise will guide the direction of exam methodologies while engaging in research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



• Contribute to exam preparation resource development • Lead quantitative research and data analysis activities • Produce insightful psychometric reports on exam results • Advise on exam quality and assessment practices • Collaborate with medical educators to enhance assessments

Requirements: • Ph.D. or equivalent in education, statistics, or psychology • Minimum of 3 years' experience in high-stakes testing • Proficient with statistical analysis software • Strong writing and communication skills • Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
