This role blends live flying, simulation, and classroom instruction to train pilot capabilities. You'll oversee training for CT142Q pilots and manage daily operational activities alongside 402 Squadron. Key Responsibilities:

- Train and supervise Q400 CT142Q pilots
- Manage training, currency, and proficiency evaluations
- Support the flying program and dispatching operations
- Conduct instructional mission flights and debriefs
- Participate in program ramp-up and training transition activities

Requirements:

- 500+ hours Pilot-in-Command on multi-crew aircraft
- Military flight instruction experience preferred
- Two years of supervisory experience in a flying unit
- Transport Canada IATRA or ATPL exams completed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and English
