Our client is seeking a Radio Frequency Optimization Expert with strong Nokia LTE and 5G experience to support wireless network performance initiatives. This role will focus on network optimization, troubleshooting complex performance issues, root cause analysis, and improving overall network quality and customer experience across Nokia environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize LTE and 5G network performance within Nokia environments.
- Investigate and troubleshoot network performance issues through KPI analysis, trace analysis, and root cause investigations.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of throughput, coverage, and capacity challenges.
- Analyze and tune network parameters to improve overall network health and performance.
- Support feature trials, testing initiatives, and current technology deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network issues and enhance customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of wireless/RAN optimization experience.
- Recent hands-on experience working with Nokia LTE and 5G networks.
- Strong troubleshooting, network performance analysis, and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience with KPI analysis, parameter tuning, and RF/network optimization.
- Knowledge of LTE, 5G, Radio Access Networks (RAN), and wireless technologies.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex network performance issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with VoLTE and/or VoNR.
- Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) experience.
- LTE-M or IoT network experience.
- Knowledge of beamforming, coverage optimization, and layering strategies.
- Experience with Nokia NetAct or similar Nokia performance management tools.
- Familiarity with N71, N77, and N78 spectrum bands.
Pay Rate:
- $40-$60/hr
