Lead strategic infrastructure real estate initiatives with the City of Surrey. This full-time role demands expertise in negotiations, property acquisitions, and project coordination across key urban development initiatives. The City of Surrey seeks a Real Estate Manager under the direction of the Director, Real Estate Services.

You'll oversee property acquisition for vital infrastructure projects, including road widening and utility works, impacting community growth. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, strong negotiation skills, and high-level project coordination abilities. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate real estate acquisition for major infrastructure projects
- Secure property interests including easements and licenses




- Collaborate with Engineering, Legal, and Finance teams
- Lead negotiations with stakeholders and property owners
- Review valuation and market data for project support

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 7 years of real estate experience
- Knowledge of land acquisition and real estate law
- Robust negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Leadership qualities with an entrepreneurial mindset
