What we are looking for:
A self-driven individual who will be responsible for a wide range of customer service and administrative duties for the entire dealership. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, answering the telephone and emails, greeting and supporting customers with all needs, as well as other administrative duties. The incumbent requires previous experience working in a customer service setting with basic knowledge of vehicles and maintenance requirements.
Crucial skills for success in this role:
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Confident and courteous speaking voice when making phone calls.
- Strong planning, computer, and administration skills.
Must-Haves:
- Customer service experience
- Post-secondary education is considered an asset
- Bilingual is considered an asset
