Peak Health VIP, is a private medical clinic formerly Arthritis VIP, is a multi-award-winning private medical clinic recognized nationally and internationally.

We specialize in regenerative and functional medicine, providing advanced, non-surgical treatments that help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, optimize hormone health, improve gut health, and regain their quality of life.

The Position

We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist / Patient Coordinator

Must be an International Medical Graduate IMG who is interested in stable, long-term employment.

You will be the first and last point of contact for our patients and will help deliver a warm, professional, and organized VIP experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome patients warmly and professionally.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
- Schedule consultations, treatments, and follow-up appointments.
- Manage appointment confirmations and the clinic calendar.
- Assist with intake forms and maintain accurate patient records.
- Process payments, invoices, and receipts.
- Support practitioners and patient coordinators.
- Maintain a polished and organized reception area.
- Follow clinic SOPs, scripts, and checklists consistently.
- Participate in training and apply feedback promptly.

Qualifications

- Minimum two years of reception or administrative experience in a medical clinic, dental office, cosmetic clinic, or medical spa.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Warm, energetic, and professional demeanour.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Coachable,



accountable, and willing to learn.
- Able to follow systems and complete tasks consistently.
- Comfortable using scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Able to remain calm and positive in a busy environment.
- Available for the full schedule and seeking a long-term position.

This role is not suitable for candidates seeking temporary employment or planning to return to full-time schooling in the near future.

Compensation and Advantages

- $22–$26 per hour.
- Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with occasional evenings or Saturdays
