CO₂ Refrigeration Engineering Specialis t to support the development and optimization of advanced refrigeration products

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and improve CO₂ refrigeration systems and related products

- Support product testing, prototyping, validation, and performance optimization

- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and regulations

- Manage and maintain engineering documentation and bills of materials (BOMs)

- Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.

- Lead and support R&D; initiatives from concept through commercialization

- Participate in laboratory testing and equipment evaluation

Qualifications





- Mechanical Engineering degree, diploma, or equivalent experience

- 5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial refrigeration

- Strong knowledge of CO₂ refrigeration systems, manufacturing processes, and materials

- Experience with 2D and 3D CAD software

- Familiarity with product development, testing, and manufacturing environments

- Solid communication and problem-solving skills
