- Define and manage process improvement projects
- Lead capital project evaluations and implementations
- Ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery
- Design layouts using drafting tools for efficiency
- Support standardized CMMS program adoption Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred
- 7+ years in high-mix manufacturing environments
- Bilingual in French/English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks
