Role Description The Regional Operating Partner – British Columbia is a full-time, hybrid role based in Vancouver, BC, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for overseeing regional operations, including leading local teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget.

The Regional Operating

Partner will develop and implement operational strategies that align with RMS’s sustainability and quality standards, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement across service delivery. Daily activities include coordinating with field crews,



reviewing inspection and maintenance plans, resolving operational issues, and collaborating with leadership on regional growth initiatives. The person in this role will actively represent RMS in the BC market, promote eco-friendly roofing solutions, and help build a culture of accountability, respect, and excellence.

Qualifications

Experience in operations management or regional leadership, preferably within roofing, construction, or facilities management.

Strong skills in team leadership, people management, and performance coaching, with a focus on safety, equity, and respect.

Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent projects.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships, manage expectations, and communicate clearly and transparently with stakeholders.

Comfort with using digital tools, project management software, and basic data analysis to track KPIs and operational outcomes.

Knowledge of sustainable building practices, roofing systems, and maintenance strategies is an asset.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.

Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel within British Columbia for site visits and client meetings.

Post-secondary education in business, construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
