We are located in the new Covenant Health Community building and are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide skilled massage therapy services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring each client receives a personalized and satisfying experience.

The Massage

Therapist will work in a welcoming environment dedicated to health and relaxation, adhering to all safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.
- Conduct client consultations to understand their health concerns and treatment goals.
- Maintain detailed records of treatments provided and client progress.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment by adhering to hygiene standards and sanitation protocols.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and clinic productivity.




- Stay updated on industry best practices and continuously improve massage techniques through ongoing education.

Qualifications

- Valid massage therapy license or certification as required by state regulations.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to health conditions and treatment plans.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
- Strong communication skills for effective client interactions and team collaboration.
- Ability to listen attentively to clients’ needs and provide appropriate treatment recommendations.
- Prior experience in a wellness or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $50.00-$100.00 per hour
