The Registered

Nurse-Perioperative, practicing in a variety of clinical settings, provides comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing surgical or procedural interventions. Working collaboratively with the interprofessional team, the nurse practices in the roles of scrub nurse, circulating nurse, and/or post-anesthesia nurse, ensuring secure, evidence-based care throughout the perioperative continuum and in alignment with the guidelines established by the Operating Room Nurses Association of Canada (ORNAC) Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Monday – Wednesday, Days, 07:00 to 15:00
