Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based treatments, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, rehabilitation programs, and patient education.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Build strong therapeutic relationships while delivering compassionate and high-quality care.
- Participate in ongoing career development and contribute to a positive team culture.
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Current registration and good standing with the applicable provincial regulatory college.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
- Experience treating musculoskeletal, orthopedic, sports injury, or neurological conditions is considered an asset but is not required.
