We're looking for a Sales Assistant to support our Commercial Sales Consultant owning their calendar, tracking every commitment, driving follow-through, and supporting estimating.

What You'll Own
- Build and defend the Sales Consultant's weekly schedule with zero conflicts
- Track every commitment to closure, zero missed follow-ups
- Prepare take-offs and estimates (specs, EagleView measurements, pricing templates)
- Keep JobNimbus accurate; CRM accuracy 95-100%
- Flag stalled items proactively

What You Bring
- 2+ years supporting a senior leader where YOU owned the structure
- Proven experience building/owning a tracking system, CRM, or calendar
- Excellent written English
- Comfort with measurements, pricing, and spreadsheets
- JobNimbus or similar CRM experience
Compensation & Logistics
- $1,900/month USD (invoice-based)
- Full time, remote must work PST hours
