Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Renovation Worker (minimum 3-5 years experience) to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of renovation and restoration projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will help transform spaces, restore buildings, and bring client visions to life through hands-on work and technical proficiency.

Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute renovation tasks accurately.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently for demolition, framing, finishing, and installation work.
- Perform concrete forming, concrete finishing, masonry work, tile laying, flooring installation, and carpentry tasks with precision.
- Install cabinets, perform electrical wiring (where qualified), plumbing connections, caulking, painting, and other finishing touches to complete renovation projects.
- Conduct restoration work including drywall repair, surface preparation, painting touch-ups, and structural repairs.




- Measure spaces accurately for custom installations and estimate material needs for projects.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while working with heavy equipment or hazardous materials to ensure a secure work environment.

Qualifications

- Proven construction experience with a strong understanding of renovation processes.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation.
- Knowledge of various trades including carpentry, masonry, electrical work, plumbing, flooring installation, tile laying, and concrete finishing, drywall, framing, mudding, sanding.
- Experience with construction estimating and project planning is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
