Job Overview
We are seeking a energetic and skilled Renovator to join our team and bring transformation to residential and commercial spaces. As a Renovator, you will play a vital role in revitalizing properties by executing a wide range of construction, restoration, and finishing tasks. Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute renovation projects
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, cabinet installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and drywall work
- Conduct concrete forming, finishing, and restoration to restore structures to their original condition or improve them
- Install plumbing systems, electrical wiring, and electrical fixtures following safety standards and technical specifications
- Apply construction painting, caulking, masonry work, welding, and flooring techniques to enhance project quality
- Measure surfaces accurately for precise cuts and installations; estimate project costs when required
- Operate heavy equipment safely during demolition or construction phases while adhering to safety protocols
- Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and client specifications
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction or renovation projects with a strong portfolio of completed work
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with confidence
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, masonry equipment, and heavy machinery operation
- Knowledge of carpentry, concrete finishing, tile laying, flooring installation, plumbing, electrical work, welding, and restoration techniques
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of renovation work
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Ability to lift heavy materials safely and stand for extended periods during demanding projects
