We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. **Professional certification is not required however the ideal candidate will have experience in residential painting, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in using required tools and safety equipment..
Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, or sanding as needed.
- Apply paint or other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, etc.
- Use caulking to fill gaps and holes to ensure a smooth surface.
- Repair minor deficiencies in cupboard doors, cabinet structures etc. as required.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project requirements are met.
Skills:
- Proficiency in painting techniques.
- Ability to use required tools effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and Management.
- Ability to build and restore surfaces as needed.
This position offers the opportunity to work on projects in a busy, residential apartment environment. Set hours Monday- Friday, no overtime, no weekends.
A vehicle is not required however reliable transportation to get to work on time is a must.
