Ironclad Properties is seeking an experienced Residential Manager for a 6-month term at our modern building in Orleans, Ottawa. This role involves overseeing resident inquiries, suite inspections, and property maintenance while fostering community spirit. You'll be pivotal in ensuring safe and effective property operations, positively impacting both tenant satisfaction and asset performance.

Key Responsibilities:



• Facilitate resident move-ins and move-outs smoothly • Conduct suite inspections and document any deficiencies • Provide exceptional customer service to all residents • Maintain accurate tenant files and property records • Collaborate with the Maintenance team to address work orders
