About CliniqueTCO
Since 2004, CliniqueTCO has been helping people living with sleep apnea and other sleep-related breathing disorders.
We believe that the best patient care starts with taking care of our team.
We’re a growing local clinic—not a large, impersonal healthcare institution. Here, you’re known by your name, your ideas matter, and your well-being is a genuine priority—not just another line item in a budget.
Your Role (and Why It’s Different)
You’re not just handing out CPAP machines.
You’ll be supporting people during a vulnerable time in their lives as they learn to breathe and sleep better. You'll have the time to listen, educate, reassure, and provide meaningful follow-up care in a calm, organized, and respectful environment.
What You'll Do
- Perform diagnostic and follow-up sleep respiratory assessments.
- Educate patients on the proper use of CPAP therapy and respiratory equipment.
- Guide patients through every stage of their treatment journey.
- Provide ongoing clinical follow-up and ensure high-quality patient care.
- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot respiratory equipment.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation.
- Collaborate closely with referring physicians and the clinical team.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our clinic and patient experience.
What Truly Sets Us Apart We don't just want to be a good employer.
We want to be the best place to practice respiratory therapy in Canada.
At CliniqueTCO, you'll enjoy:
- 3 weeks of paid vacation.
- Paid family days beyond industry standards.
- Paid sick days above provincial requirements.
- 100% employer-paid health and dental benefits (no payroll deductions—ever).
- Paid continuing education and OPIQ membership renewal covered by the clinic.
- Bi-weekly team lunches and regular employee appreciation perks.
- Daytime schedule, Monday to Friday—no evenings, no weekends.
- Free in office parking.
- A collaborative, respectful, and supportive work environment where your contributions are valued.
