Key Responsibilities





- Lead and support Production Supervisors across all shifts • Implement corrective action plans for performance issues • Conduct hiring and performance evaluations for team members • Participate actively in safety initiatives and 5S activities • Ensure compliance with established production standards Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or similar • Minimum of 10 years in a manufacturing setting • Significant leadership experience in chemical manufacturing • Ability to make data-driven decisions rapidly • Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office 365 Enhance production efficiency and employee performance as you lead teams at Entegris Canada.
