Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards.
- Supervise and motivate staff, including hiring, training, and conducting interviews to build a strong team.
- Manage food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and consistency across all menu items.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using Micros POS systems and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and food handling in compliance with health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries,
resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Requirements
- Proven supervising or restaurant management experience within the food industry, especially in fast food settings.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations with an understanding of food safety standards.
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for cash handling and order processing.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of food industry practices including serving, food handling, and hospitality principles.
- Ability to work under pressure in a lively workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
- Prior experience in interviewing candidates and building robust teams is highly desirable.
