- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas in accordance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns professionally, ensuring guest services exceed expectations
- Assist with basic food preparation or setup when necessary,

- Follow all sanitation procedures to uphold health standards and ensure safe food handling practices

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Basic math skills for order calculations and cash handling
- Experience in food industry roles such as serving or cashiering is advantageous
- Kitchen experience or food preparation skills are beneficial but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and restaurant revenue
