As a Restoration Supervisor, you'll guide teams through emergency response and restoration projects, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction every step of the way. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTORATION SUPERVISOR As a Restoration Supervisor, you're at the center of the action. Each day you'll oversee multiple restoration and emergency response projects, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and schedules to keep everything on track. You'll monitor moisture readings, assess equipment needs, and ensure remediation procedures meet IICRC standards.
You'll communicate closely with Project Managers, deliver updates, and resolve issues as they arise. Whether you're training new team members, leading safety meetings, or troubleshooting a challenging site, you set the tone for safety, efficiency, and quality. Your expertise and organization turn chaos into progress and help customers recover faster.
Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in the restoration or emergency industry, preferably within the Emergency and Contents division
Advanced understanding of water remediation procedures consistent with IICRC S-500 Standards
Strong knowledge of moisture reading instruments, drying sciences, and cleaning agents for specific losses such as sewage or mold claims
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, mobile devices, and relevant applications
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills with coworkers, supervisors, and customers
Skilled in demolition, tear outs,
and safe work practices with the ability to train others on technique and precaution
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
College certification in Environmental Studies, Environmental Technician, or related construction/building discipline, an asset
IICRC Certifications: Water Remediation Technician (WRT), Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT),
Forklift certification, an asset
Provincial Asbestos certification, preferred
Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract
Fit test and other safety certifications
Includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule
Ability to complete work activities that may involve material handling, lifting, climbing, and the use of personal protective equipment including respirators, safety footwear, and other required gear Who We Are At First Onsite, the work you do every day makes a real impact.
