Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist customers in selecting products
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and card payments
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending complementary items to increase sales
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract attention and promote featured products
- Handle cashier duties efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling and receipt issuance
- Support front desk operations by managing inquiries, directing customers, and maintaining a welcoming environment




- Keep track of inventory levels, restock shelves, and assist with stock organization to ensure product availability
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth store operations

Experience

- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are most important
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering practices is advantageous
- Strong communication skills in English are essential for engaging with customers and team members
- Excellent organizational skills combined with time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and basic math skills to manage transactions accurately
