We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will supervise and support sales staff, assign duties, provide training, ensure excellent customer service, monitor inventory levels, maintain merchandising standards, and help achieve sales targets.
The Retail Sales
Supervisor will also handle customer inquiries and complaints, assist with opening and closing procedures, prepare sales reports, ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations, and work closely with management to maintain an effective and productive store environment.
