In this pivotal role, you'll report to the Senior Director of Store Operations of the North Region and lead a diverse leadership team across multiple departments including Culinary, Retail, and Quick Service.

Your expertise will drive profitability through strategic planning and effective management of resources while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily store operations and ensuring Eataly's standards
- Develop and manage the store operations budget efficiently




- Analyze sales data and guest feedback for informed decision-making
- Collaborate interdepartmentally to promote cohesive store performance
- Inspire and motivate the leadership team through engagement and mentorship Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 8+ years in management within retail or restaurants
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
