Oversee operations for a thriving retreat centre. As a Guest Services Manager, you'll partner with Young Life of Canada to provide outstanding guest services. This full time position involves leading a motivated team and ensuring that all guest interactions reflect Christ’s love.
Your role will also include maximizing rental opportunities from September to June, contributing to the property’s sustainability. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Guest Services team to enhance guest experiences
- Coordinate seasonal recreation and programming
- Maintain strong communication with Young Life staff
- Recruit and prepare staff throughout the year
- Foster a culture of honesty, accountability, and joy Requirements:
- 3-5 years of management experience in hospitality
- Strategic marketing skills for guest services
- Relevant post-secondary education
- Experience in youth ministry preferred
