Roofing & Construction is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Roof Inspector to join our team. If you enjoy meeting homeowners, inspecting properties, and helping customers find the right roofing solutions, we'd love to hear from you. No roofing experience? That's okay! We provide training for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. ### Responsibilities Conduct residential roof inspections.
Identify roof damage, leaks, and other roofing issues.
Take photos and document inspection findings.
Explain inspection results to homeowners professionally.
Recommend appropriate roofing services when needed.
Prepare simple inspection reports.
Coordinate with our office and sales team.
Maintain a professional appearance and excellent customer service. ### Requirements
Valid Ontario G driver's license and reliable transportation.
Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable,
punctual, and self-motivated.
Ability to use a smartphone or tablet for reports and photos.
Roofing or construction experience is an asset but not required.
