Norgen Biotek is a leading biotechnology organization located in the Niagara Region. We are actively seeking a dynamic and well-organized Sales Administrator to join our team.

Duties

- Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and sales documentation to ensure accuracy and professionalism
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Coordinate order processing from receipt through delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment and accurate record-keeping using CRM software
- Support the scheduling of meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up activities with clients
- Collaborate with other departments such as logistics and finance to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications

- Proven experience in administrative support or sales support roles (1+ years preferred); familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a positive attitude




- The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software tools quickly

Pay: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
