Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You love our products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they are looking for, with a friends‑first mindset.

Adapt to different zones: sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy. Act with integrity and adhere to AEO’s policies and procedures. You are available during evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop. You have prior retail experience.
