Operation regular report

- To collect and coordinate the store project brief material from retail field team

- Monthly store expense data processing
- To support some special projects - information collection and PPT preparation

- Operation checklist data collection

Stock Management

- Generate monthly presale overdue report

- Help on return data collection and report generation

- Focus on non-salable items through monthly tester replenishment process tracking report and collect the action plan from counters

- Maintain the summary report and ensure all information is up to date.

- Use internal storage guideline to structure and standardize store stock management processes

Communication with field team

- Work with regional sales assistant for feedback collection

- Monthly LINK sample and gift plan consolidation

- Monthly disposable item order consolidation
